About Lisbeth
I have lived many chapters. And know first hand what it takes to turn the page.
My career has taken many shapes: marketing, acupuncture, facilitation, speaking. My life even more so. Success and failure. Chronic illness and recovery. Letting go and beginning again.
I have lived in several countries, met people from every walk of life, and each experience formed the person I am today.
From a young age, I have been able to read a room, a person, or a situation. That ability never left me. It sent me on a long quest to understand people more deeply — what drives us, what blocks us, and what quietly shapes the decisions we make.
More than a conventional coach or trainer, I function as a mirror, a guide, a transmitter. Turning what's invisible into words, symbols and stories that land the moment you hear them.
In my private time I love being in or on the water. Spending time with family and friends. Enjoying food, live music and good conversations. Dancing and singing. And time in nature and solitude to balance it all out.
